Mo Khidir
Mo Khidir is a first and foremost a hyper competitive athlete. Mo’s introduction to movement was through competing in and coaching team sports (basketball, soccer, football, and baseball). After his playing and coaching career, he worked towards teaching movement competency and performance for all people.
As a StrongFirst Level II Girya, Functional Movement Systems Level II practitioner, Precision Nutrition coach, and NASM certified personal trainer, Mo has traveled around the country honing his skills and teaching his kettlebell craft. His experience leading personal training teams in world-class fitness clubs has established his reputation as one of the leaders of the kettlebell movement in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Mo is devoted to bringing safe, functional, and well-rounded strength training practices to trainers and individuals alike. Through his trainer workshop series, Mo helps trainers own and teach functional movement and develop effective program design. Mo also coaches individuals and groups with emphasis on strength and conditioning, functional movement, injury prevention, and performance training
