Kelsey & KRIS
Kelsey used to be a pastry chef obsessed with her weight, stuck in a spiral of fad diets, high intensity aerobic workouts, and restrictive eating habits. Even though most of her time was spent pondering why, despite her efforts, she was still unhealthy and overweight – it didn’t seem to matter. No combination of workout videos and strict eating rules seemed to get her the body and health she was working so hard for. Eventually – she turned in her whisk and piping bags and began what would become a lifelong educational journey. Now, she can’t stop helping people unlearn the common myths around health and wellness, and finally start to see and feel results – which makes her a great coach, but boring at dinner parties. Her ultimate goal is to educate her clients not only on how to perform certain movements, but why. When you work with her, look forward to overcoming obstacles and getting not only physically but mentally and emotionally stronger.
