Exchanges
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial credit toward your exchange can be granted: (if applicable). Please contact us at customerservice@kingdomfitnesscalifornia.com to discuss the item you are wanting to exchange prior to return.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for exchange.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of order placement – excluding orders that shipped prior to a request for cancellation. Orders canceled outside of this period – including orders canceled after processing or shipment – will be subject to return shipping fees and restocking fees. If you want to cancel your order within the 24 hour period, please email orders@kingdomfitnesscalifornia.com
Sales/Closeout items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately, sales/closeout items cannot be exchanged. Closeout sales (including sales items) are final. No exchanges.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at customerservice@kingdomfitnesscalifornia.com.
Shipping
Kingdom Fitness California only ships within California and to Washington and Oregon. Customers will be responsible for shipping both ways on items that are being exchanged not due to a manufacturer defect. Please note, return shipping rates may be different than the original rate respective to the purchase.
